Our Commitment to Craftsmanship: Where Beer Meets Wood-Fired Pizza
At Fair-Weather Friend, we’re not just about brewing exceptional beer; we’re about crafting unforgettable culinary experiences. Our commitment to quality, consistency, and the use of fresh ingredients is the cornerstone of our brewery and wood-fired pizza joint. From our meticulously fermented pizza dough that spends over 48 hours in the making to our homemade pizza sauces, fresh mozzarella, and even the basil we grow ourselves, we take pride in creating every element from scratch. Just as our beers span a diverse range from sours to IPAs and lagers, our wood-fired pizzas mirror that same dedication to unique and creative flavors.
Join us as we marry the artistry of brewing with the craft of pizza-making, and discover a world where every bite and sip tells a story of passion and taste. Welcome to Fair-Weather Friend, where quality knows no bounds.

Adrienne Jaskula //
Her expertise spans sales, logistics, operations, and taproom management, making her a versatile powerhouse in the craft beer world. Her journey includes playing a pivotal role in the launch of Stonecloud Brewing, where she served as their sales and taproom manager. Adrienne’s dedication to her craft extends beyond her professional life; it’s a labor of love. She is the curator of exceptional experiences, ensuring that every guest feels at home at Fair-Weather Friend.
Reed Jaskula //
Reed’s journey through the craft beer landscape is equally impressive. With more than a decade of experience, he has contributed his expertise to the opening of not one, not two, but five breweries. Reed’s brewing prowess is awe-inspiring, having crafted over 1,000 unique beer styles in his career. Before co-founding Fair-Weather Friend, Reed led the charge as the head brewer at Prairie OKC. During his tenure, he ran research and development (R&D) and was the creative genius behind some of their beloved sours that achieved widespread acclaim in the distribution market.

But the story of Fair-Weather Friend goes beyond their individual accomplishments. Reed and Adrienne had a dream of opening a brewery long before they entered the industry. They devised a plan to learn the ins and outs of the craft beer world, with Reed pursuing the path of brewing excellence while Adrienne tackled the intricate facets of sales, operations, distribution, and taproom management. Fair-Weather Friend is the culmination of that plan and experience, a testament to their unwavering dedication to their craft and their dream.
Together, Adrienne and Reed have fused their passions to create Fair-Weather Friend, where the artistry of craft beer meets the allure of handmade wood-fired pizza. This dynamic duo is committed to offering an unparalleled experience where each sip and every bite tells a story of dedication, expertise, and love for their craft.
At Fair-Weather Friend, we’re not just serving beer and pizza; we’re crafting an experience. Cheers!
